Experience
After college, Kristen began her career in the finance industry, gaining valuable experience at companies like Morgan Stanley and Vanguard. In November 2017, she made a seamless transition to Jolie Media Solutions, where she now applies her analytical expertise and strategic mindset to crafting impactful media plans for a diverse range of clients.
Jolie Hicks
Jolie Hicks founded the agency in 2013, bringing with her 29 years of experience in advertising, having worked on both the agency and client sides. As the agency expanded, Kristen Warren joined the team in 2017 as Assistant Director of Media and, through her dedication and leadership, stepped into the role of President and CEO in January 2023. While Jolie has retired, she continues to collaborate with Kristen as a consultant when needed, ensuring the agency remains rooted in its founding values and expertise.
